What to Wear & Bring in Agadir
What to pack for Agadir
Agadir has a mild, sunny climate most of the year, but what you wear depends on what you are doing. Here is a simple packing guide for the beach and for each activity.
Everyday essentials
- Light, breathable clothes — it is warm for most of the year.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat — the sun is strong, even in winter.
- A light jacket or jumper for evenings, which can feel cool by the sea.
- Comfortable shoes for walking the promenade and the city.
On the beach
Swimwear, a towel and a cover-up are all you need. The beach is clean and patrolled, and there are cafes along the promenade.
For a jet ski ride
You will get wet — wear swimwear or clothes you do not mind getting wet, and bring a towel and sunscreen. A life jacket and briefing are included. See jet ski details.
For a quad or buggy tour
Wear old clothes and closed shoes — the circuit is dusty. Sunglasses help against the sand, and a scarf or bandana keeps the dust off your face. Helmets and goggles are provided. See quad and buggy tours.
For a camel or horse ride
Wear comfortable trousers and closed shoes. Sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen are a good idea, and a light jacket for the late ride. Camel riding · Horse riding.
For the Paradise Valley day trip
Bring swimwear and a towel if you want to swim in the pools, comfortable shoes for the short walk, and a camera for the waterfalls and Berber villages. See the Paradise Valley tour.
