Quad Biking in Agadir
Quad biking in Agadir: what to expect
Quad biking is the easiest way to leave the beach behind and see the real countryside around Agadir. You ride your own quad, follow a local guide, and within minutes you are off the tarmac and into argan forest, sand tracks and open dunes. No licence and no experience are needed: the machines are automatic, the briefing takes a few minutes, and the guide sets a pace that suits the group.
We collect you from your hotel in Agadir, drive you to our base at Sidi Bibi, and bring you back at the end. Helmets, goggles, fuel and a mint-tea break are included. The only extra you might want is a scarf for the dust and a tip for the guide.
Our quad circuits and prices
All prices are per quad, not per person, and are paid on the day. Two people can share one quad, or you can take one each.
| Circuit | Duration | Distance | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal circuit | 2 h | 21 km | 400 DH / quad |
| Beach circuit (Sidi Toual & Tifnit) | 2 h – 2 h 30 | 31 km | On request |
| Quad + sandboarding in Tifnit | Half day | — | On request |
| Full day with lunch (Massa) | 8 h | 120 km | On request |
Departures for the normal circuit are at 8:30, 10:00, 14:00 and 16:00. The beach circuit leaves at 8:30 and 14:00. If you are not sure which one fits your day, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly which circuit suits your group.
Which circuit should you choose?
Normal circuit (2 hours, 21 km)
The best first ride. You leave Sidi Bibi along sandy tracks through argan trees, stop for photos, cross the earth-walled lanes of Takkad village, then come back through dunes, fields and greenhouses. It finishes with a glass of mint tea. It is short enough for children and first-timers, and long enough to feel like a real ride.
Beach circuit (2 to 2.5 hours, 31 km)
The classic Agadir quad route. You ride from Sidi Bibi to the wild beach of Sidi Toual and the dunes of Tifnit, with long stretches of firm sand where you can open the throttle. This is the one guests remember: sea on one side, dunes on the other.
Tifnit dunes and sandboarding (half day)
We ride to the dunes of Tifnit, the closest thing to a desert near Agadir, and swap the quad for a sandboard for a while. Photo stops, water in the shade, and a slower pace. Good for families and for anyone who wants pictures more than speed.
Full day to Massa (8 hours, 120 km)
A proper expedition. We leave at 8:30, follow the edge of the Souss-Massa National Park, reach Takkat and Sidi Toual, and stop in Massa for a local lunch around midday. Three more hours of riding along the beaches bring you back to the base at about 17:30. Lunch is included.
Good to know before you book
- No licence needed; the quads are automatic and easy to handle.
- Children ride as passengers with an adult; ask us about age limits for driving.
- Wear closed shoes and clothes you do not mind getting dusty. Sunglasses help.
- Free hotel pickup and drop-off in Agadir is included in every booking.
- If the weather or sea conditions make a circuit unsafe, we offer another time or day at no extra cost.
Quad or buggy?
Quads are single or two-person machines with a saddle: more agile, more physical, cheaper. Buggies are 1000cc side-by-side vehicles with a roll cage and two or four seats: more comfortable, better for couples who want to talk, and the favourite of families with young children. Both use the same circuits, so you can mix them in one group. See our quad and buggy tours in Agadir for the full list.
How to book
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, the number of quads, and your hotel. We reply quickly, confirm the time, and you pay on the day in cash. Card and major currencies are accepted at the base.
